SHIPPING Orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Items are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on which is more economical for the buyer. Orders should be received within 7-14 days after being placed. RETURNS Customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt purchase to return any item. Misuse of, or used items will not be accepted for return. All returned items must be shipped in the original packaging. All non-defective products must be returned within 10 days of the receipt of purchase, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All defective products will be accepted for repair or replacement only within 10 days of receipt of item. All returns must be in original saleable condition, 100% complete, with all packaging material, manuals, and accessories. Shipping costs are not refundable.
